So concerto and anjali will have same kitchen contractor. There were a lot defects for concerto hope kitchen was not part of it.

Scenaria -UOA build and sell concept and being a quite new property VPed end of last year through beginning of this year usually will take time to have more occupancy. Condo directly opposite Scenaria is Villa crystal still under construction. If you meant Royalle condo, opposite Anjali then still selling and not officially VPed yet. So it's empty. If rumours are correct it's abandoned after bought by Brunei sultan then refurbished by Japanese interior developer. Not sure who is the current developer owning it. Actual unit inside is much better than the exterior facade. You should check it out.

Both Scenaria and villa crystal residence oppose that project. Even Segambut minister was involved. Guess it didn't work out for owners of those projects.
More new projects to come...

Another great update from ABD. Scenaria has two entrance so they get to enter to suria access road quite conveniently but Anjali residents need to go around the school. Any chance we get the back access through that old condo behind ? I must be dreaming.

Asked to choose one of four options by end of this year otherwise by default will be white.
Does anyone got this too ?

1. Pictures can't tell the real story, anyway to have a real look at the types ?
2. Developer supposed to show us the bare unit before this installation isn't it ?

1800+ still has 32units left, 1788 with 4 units and only one 1300+ unit left at block B. Seven out of 26 villas sold. One of block D unit will be converted to show unit. 86% sold out. Pretty good rate at current market I would say.

Surrounding units at sri Sinar and scenaria do not have time yet it would take few more years and developments for TIME to go in.

May be we gather at least 50 owners to ask for time installation they could expedite it.

Probably courts are chargeable with extra cash?! Following other condo suits.
