So concerto and anjali will have same kitchen contractor. There were a lot defects for concerto hope kitchen was not part of it.

Another great update from ABD. Scenaria has two entrance so they get to enter to suria access road quite conveniently but Anjali residents need to go around the school. Any chance we get the back access through that old condo behind ? I must be dreaming.

If block a b c d owners master room facing the pool side if the floors are high enough still will be able to see the pool ? Just came across my mind.

I got this kitchen option courtesy of Tago. Asked to choose one of four options by end of this year otherwise by default will be white. Does anyone got this too ? Suddenly deep in thought. White looks safe but boring. Cappuccino with mirror looks under contemplation. Two questions : 1. Pictures can't tell the real story, anyway to have a real look at the types ? 2. Developer supposed to show us the bare unit before this installation isn't it ? Attached thumbnail(s)

1800+ still has 32units left, 1788 with 4 units and only one 1300+ unit left at block B. Seven out of 26 villas sold. One of block D unit will be converted to show unit. 86% sold out. Pretty good rate at current market I would say.

Surrounding units at sri Sinar and scenaria do not have time yet it would take few more years and developments for TIME to go in.
