hey guys,
So may already recieved your M6. Would you provide some info on the comfort level especially the 2.0L?
I would interested in the wind, road noise, sound isolation, bumpiness, etc.
I for one loves the sportiness of Mazda but with age catching up, looking into comfort level too.
I'm currently driving mazda 3, loves the syling and handling but hated the comfort, it's just way too noisy. And spending thousands on Dynamat, another few thousands on KLAuto Autofoam and fitting among the most quiet tyres (new Yoko DB) does not help. I think the design & firewall isolation is just terrible.
Do be honest, as most tends to be bias especially to comfort ourselves of our new toy

I'm totally feel you bro, we are almost in the same case.
I'm currently driving Mazda6 2.0L. My ex-ride was FD2 and you should know the suspension setup is just so terribly harsh and firm.
Having said that, my ex-FD2 also fully foamed and sound proofed at KLAuto, still, not much improve in term of comfort.
If comfort is your main priority, comfort level is step ahead of your Mazda3 due to its high profile tyres and suspension setup.
In my point of view, M6 striked the best balance upon driving dynamic which mean it is not as soft as Toyota and Nissan (too soft equal not fun to drive, but you get high level of comfort) and it is not as harsh as those Honda/Kia or Hyundai (too stiff means great handling while compromised on comfort level, unless you get those conti like VW/Pug/Audi etc.).
You should request a test drive and try yourself.
