MH first timer, just got the 3ds version of the game together with my friend. anyone located in batu pahat/ kulim (school holiday period) maybe we can play together.

errr, dont think it's fair that you're comparing sales figures between those two. 3ds has been out for 2 years, wii u only five months

If the game was available on the other portable platform some of these ppl won't even have a 3DS I suppose.

It's like as though Nintendo forced their hand in buying the console sometimes...

yea... it made my friend bought a 3ds. just for this game and the upcoming MH4.

mh4 so far confirmed for JP only, no word about US release. if US does come out we won't be seeing it for at least a year so it's a pretty long wait

Well sales aren't really strong for Wii U, hopefully some game announcement will change that.
I know it's still new but it's really under performing interms of sales due to the lack of games.
Hoping for a miracle like what happen to 3DS even a price cut won't make people buy the Wii U.

Hopefully it will be localized next year. Hate to wait.

nintendo never learn from sony about the release, although MHP3rd sold fantastically well in psp, the HD version were poorly received by the public.

as for MH4, i'm guessing kaput-com might announce it 1 year after jap release (or might not... ). the contract between nintendo and kaput-com expires within this year.

so kaput-com would still hold nintendo by the neck, unless the contract has stated the game is to be release in western country also...

just pray for the contract-bound english announcement, or pray some psp-like miracle happened and some 'translations' was made (don't lie, we all know how 98% of us play MHP3rd the *ahoy* way)

MH on PSV, that will be sony's call to lick kaput-com's boot or not, seeing how they screwed up their relationship last time with ad-hoc thingamajig...

or maybe the might start focusing on the new online version that uses cryengine 3 0__0
