i have had a deal with this member: blackant, i traded in a z800i with him, and after he gone, i realize the phone screen got problem, contact him no reply. after some days he replied, and promised to bank me in, so i wait. then i have waited for 1 week, still no bank in! blackant you come out here. So now the phone is with you ? How much is the trade worth ? Any personal warranty ? *sigh*

Wat problem with the screen?

the screen color ran. i go and repair, took rm150, but after repair still same. i take back to repair again, after that they said cannot completely repair already. he said gonna bank me in for the repair, but still not.

have u pm-ed him bout this thread ? can take pics of the phone with the color "lari" ?

i pmed him. and, i traded the phone already with low price, really low, cause the phone cannot be used.

if u've traded the phone how u wanna settle the prob ? haiz.... if let say he wanna have the phone back and he refunds u, how u wanna get the phone back ? i rest aside...

and you trusted him? well the sad fact is that you did not check the phone thoroughly before confirming the deal.

ok - and WTH did you do that? now the goods is not with you anymore. how are you going to settle with him? sure he can bank in the money for you, but how is he willing to bank in when you can't return him the goods?

IMO the was a 'chance' that he would refund you. 1 week only, the fella could lack responsibility but that doesn't mean he won't refund.

i have the receipt for repairing the screen with me. i told him 1 week ago, but he not replied after sms me "so how? bank in?"
called him, nobody answer.

what can a receipt do? i wouldn't refund you anything if you had just the receipt for the repairing screen.

if i refund you, i'd expect to see the goods as well.

now he can only bank in for the repair.

so now it goes back to the 1st post, when you said 'bank in' are you referring to REFUND or REPAIR?

i have told him that i repaired, and he then asked me whether bank in or what. then i said bank in, after that he never replied anymore.

i dun think he will bank in a cent. so if he willing to bank in me the repair cost, that would be realy good.

One week after this thread is posted and blackant has been notified, u've the right to inform mod/admin to blacklist BlackAnt. From there he can either defend himself (if he knows bout it) or get lost from LYN. As for you, pls be a lil smarter when trading / buying as nuthing is 100% A OK.
