and you trusted him? well the sad fact is that you did not check the phone thoroughly before confirming the deal.
ok - and WTH did you do that? now the goods is not with you anymore. how are you going to settle with him? sure he can bank in the money for you, but how is he willing to bank in when you can't return him the goods?

IMO the was a 'chance' that he would refund you. 1 week only, the fella could lack responsibility but that doesn't mean he won't refund.

what can a receipt do? i wouldn't refund you anything if you had just the receipt for the repairing screen.

if i refund you, i'd expect to see the goods as well.

now he can only bank in for the repair.

so now it goes back to the 1st post, when you said 'bank in' are you referring to REFUND or REPAIR?

>.< from where i see... u can only report him as a reckless seller meaning not standing up to his promise to bank in the repair fees. For a refund, i personally think that u won't get it back. Sigh...
