tried this out just now.. stock non-recabled..
i think it has impressive SQ considering the price..
tho i think bass is a bit too much that it muffles the highs..

minus the openness.. i prefer open cans,
or isolation.. iem rules in isolation..

how is this koss compared to senheiser?

comparing it with my hd201..
sq, koss is way better. hd201 is too...... empty, plain, and lacking in bass.
soundstage, i'd say 201 wins by small margin.
volume.. koss needs higher volume (m04r output) to bring it to same loudness as hd201.
the rest is preference.

oso tried hd515 along wif it.. i'd say both senns r nowhere near koss level.. senns suck.. xD
hd650 is different from my memory tho... but that's 4yrs+ ago of memory..

oh.. that's just SQ wise..
wear, comfort, ergonomics, those r totally different.. cannot compare full cans with plastered sp0nge on the ear.

senns oso dont have vol control.. not sure what r u getting here.. u wont find those on any good headph0nes..
of course pc output is strong enuff.. it can drive speakers (those that doesnt have power socket) right?
having vol control on a headph0ne is aa no no...

eheheh... tiz sat i sure poison u with my ksc75 wit switchcraft plug... akabane said the soundstage much wider compared to normal pcwork recabled version... ^^

I haven had much chance play with my ksc75. I think less than 24hr use. My bro wan however daily use for 4-5hrs... i think i wait his burn in more than i compare.
