I am not recommend this.
I am the buyer of the D'impian Tropika, the same developer of this project but they changed to use another name. I can tell you many issues found on house defecting...very horrible water leaking problem, tiles, imbalanceXXX.....
the service of the developer also very poor. don't expect good service from them.
think twice think wise

Be carefully on this project. Work might be delayed.
Site already stop work for couple of weeks. Notice this is the second time stop work. Most proberly money issue.
always buy from known developer.

I feel shame on you la Mr Developer. 1 year 4 storey. I feel shame on you la Mr SA. Still promoting this project recently in Aeon cheras selatan.
