Nope, this is opposite Toyota service center, Silk Condo is just beside it.

you are right. A lot foreigners there. When turn in have few shop apartment there. So crowed there ler.

I think this freehold if no flood = 5 arce + the commercial areas is quite ok....this one below itself is a mall.

362psf x small unit is quite affordable. highway. malls, hospital, school, upm, utar, ukm. mrt, ktm & internation school.

If i remembered, this land is asking for sale since last 2 years. Never thought this can convert to high density development.
