guys, i am thinking to book 1, they said monthly 2.4k for 17year, fyi i never buy any property b4, income tgether with wife around 7k.. my comitment only car so far, rm600...should i tap this one for 1st house?

It takes 4 years to complete, so the fifth or sixth year you can sell with good profit. This development compare to surrounding nearby project is far more better. Because we have retails down there and the land beside it may build a shopping complex. Price is affordable and with good package. If you interested I can offer one of my unit to you. Spritzz |
