In order to go into this amerin residence, do I have to first go into persiaran impian ehsan? If so, is there any plan to widen the entrance to 4 lanes instead of the current 2 lanes? Any sifu here... Please advise...

Today the developer officially just increase another RM10K on top of all the units selling price. sweat.gif doh.gif

Oh well, I get the respond from my agency leader, he said that due to the hot demand for the Amerin property recently, that's why the developer decided to raise another 10K on selling price.

It is actually reducing from the early bird 7% discount since the project launch few months ago, eg: RM500K x 7% = RM35K, now the increment of RM10K equal to only RM25K discount from the original selling price face value, still consider a good bargain though. smile.gif
