~ Capital Trend Asia Sdn Bhd (‘CTA’) was first incorporated on November, 1997.
~ Since 2005, CTA is holding 10% equity interest in Atrium REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, the approved manager for Atrium REIT which is listed on Bursa Malaysia since April, 2007 and it has a portfolio of industrial assets worth about RM170 million. Atrium has consistently achieving a distribution yields of 8% per annum since listed.
~ CTA main business activity is as Project Manager for various development projects under its subsidiaries, associated and related companies within CTA Group. The estimated Gross Development Value for completed, ongoing and future projects are estimated about RM400 million.
~ The nature of projects managing by CTA are gated and guarded housing scheme, shop offices, car parks, hotels, service apartments and mall.

ONE AMERIN RESIDENCE, proposed about 700 units of service apartments and 2 level of retail podium on 5 acres of freehold land located slightly off Persiaran Impian, SILK Highway, Balakong. Estimated Gross Development Value about RM300 million.
