How many tines you have ask this? Just do a nandroid backup current rom n test it yourself n you will know. If cannot have black ui back than just restore back previous rom. I always believe test yourself to clear any doubts

I am waiting for the film to be scratch so I can remove it. I don't use any n don't believe using SP n already a month is still pristine scratchless

Drop proof depends on how you drop it - the height it is drop from, the angle the phone hits the floor, the construction type/surface of the floor. I have tested mine twice dropping it casually from waist height onto terazzo floor, phone was OK without any damages to edges and display. Dare not test it any further.
The only other phone that I have tested without any damage was HTC One X. Did it after I saw the demo at Spore launching where the presenter threw it hard onto the floor several times.
Other phones - eg those Samsung, Nexus, iphones - I will never dare to test as so many video shows the glass will crack

Charging speed is not bad - I recorded about 40% battery level increase in an hour charging
I am using a USB port iPAD charger with HTC cable

No need to test
The micro USB port cannot be accessed as is inserted inside dock. So how to connect to MHL adapter????

I use melko flipcase as it protect front n back
Is genuine soft leather n taking out is simply easy : no great effort needed

It is still best to use the phone naked with the charging dock
Even if one managed to find a very slim case, the case surface will be abrade over continual usage , purely due to friction with the 3 protruding connectors. It is even worse if you used a back screen protector
And to those at hardwarezone.com.sg comments about phone being scratched, it depends on how you slot it in. Just slot in gently and I believe it will be fine. The fit is tight but not so very tight you have difficulty slotting in or taking it out. It is in fact a very easy and a very smooth task slotting in/taking out the phone

How can you consider it be "so small" - so small keyboard only applies to those phones with 3.5 inch display and below
Even though I am an old guy, I have no problems using the keyboard. You could possibly have problems on mistyping if you have extra fat fingers !!
