Anyone else noticed this? It's easier to dig a level path through the ground now using roads/avenues.. don't have to spend money on parks.. makes making tunnels/sunken roads/avenues much easier now..

The ability to dig into the ground is still working, so that's good.

Edit:

Urgh.. I wonder how much is it going to be?

Also, while on the topic of added contents.. are you able to visit another city which has a content pack that you do not have?

You connect the parks with one another using the edit tool. It's like adding modules to your other utility buildings etc. With parks you can add modules too (other parks).

Hmmm could you snap some screenshots?
I have 300k population cities congestion... Another 150k one had zero congestion (even at the sole entrance of the city)...

I am still having headache now after brainstorming for 2 hours on building bridges using terrain lifting via parks.

Tunnels are the way to go. When I finally design it up, I'll post some screenshots.

Tunnels saves space since you can still build over them, only needing space for junctions and going back to the surface.

Only thing is, very boring city. Everything is in a grid.

Haven't had much time, so still in very early stage. Only April Year 2, but making 2 million daily, health, security, fire, education, all doing well.
