NGV is bad.My dad got p.wira and he install NGV for 2K.now the car giving alot of problem.When you stop at traffic light,engine Mati then cannot start for 10mins..But idk how it works with the CFE TURBO.But NGV save alot of petrol.Rm8 only to refill.

what about the car pick up? is it same like normal gasoline performance? or you will find a drag/delay in NGV system?? kinda impressive when the NGV user says only used less than Rm20 for travelling long distance (closed loop) when i googled it just now...it's just the initial cost is expensive ~RM5K.huhhuhu

ooo like that baru paham...have to wait a bit till 1~2 year after purchase and by that time sure the NGV + Exora mature enough.

Mini research seem the idea of TEKS1M come with NGV, probly CPS?Manual... not sure..

How much can we save if install NGV? If currently per month I have to pay RM300 for petrol (just to go-back work), how much NGV will cost per month? RM100?

i think agree with you...how the CFE can hold the high temp from NGV system is a concern...another one is no spare tyre at all...which i think is needed in some cases..huhuhu..also you've mentioned about 3 layer radiator..huhu looks a lot of other things to modify...maybe the initial cost may hit around Rm8k...huhu

hill hold assist is a feature which the transmission hold the car from rolling back if it is on a steep ramp or hill, so to say. current EB CFE (old VT3) w/o hill hold assist (i guess) will roll back a little, like 30cm, before the clutch engages and moving forward.

With the current oil price increase situation...how do you guys plan to save fuel on your EXORA EB besides the way you drive? X-1R really helps or you guys used different brand? People says SHELL petrol saves...appreciate your sharing and experience. Thanks

thanks, but this one the rear mirror is a clip on the original rear mirror, or not? 2ndly, the wires that tingling from the rear mirror make it look somehow  .. do the EB premium has wires came out from the rear mirror too?

New owner of eb with first service due soon. So far mileage is 930.

In my 2wks with the car I have noticed a few characteristics.  Would like to ask for some advice or feedback.

Here goes:

1) Understand that cvt whine is a characteristic of the car.  This is especially apparent when accelerating at 2k rpm and above.  Also apparent when coming to a stop while stepping on the brakes. The sound is like a high pitch whine like when sitting in plane and you hear the jet engines from inside the cabin when the plane take off. Normal?

2) Acceleration in this mpv is quite good.  I am seriously considering installing the racechip s to up the power.  Will this void the warranty? The manufacturer claims it will not. Any Bros here can share experience with racechip upgrade?

3) Will strut bars, vertical and horizontal undercarriage braces and rear anti roll bars help in the handling or ride quality of the car?

4) Thinking of doing insulflex sound proofing on floor,  beneath wheel arches and under arch panels, doors and lower firewall.  Anybody tried this before and kindly share the results?

5) What are the best drl lights for this car? Am looking at Philips or osram or other good quality units. Also what position on the bumper is best to install drls?

This matter is due to the oil cooler hose burst. This matter effect Exora CFE with chassis number between PL1FZ6YDRCF074197 - PL1FZ6YDRCF079500. Not all will encounter the loose oil hose issue. If any owners who encounter

- White smoke appeared from engine compartment
- engine sounds and feels rough (like a lot of metal parts rubbing each other sound)
- rapid decrease in engine oil level

Then they should bring their Exora CFE to the nearest service center for a check and possible oil hose replacement.

Price also depend on where you wanna put the tank, either atas (inside) or bawah(spare tyre area)
Usually exora use top tank 77ltr. Cost around RM3950, if use below around RM4800 (40ltrx2)

EB non turbo use OMVL (Italy)
Bigas also can be use but "tak cukup power"
JPJ Puspakom no issue they said.
They will lock speed on gas <120kmh, more than 120 the ecu turn to petrol (unless owner taknak)
