QUOTE(munkeyflo @ Mar 16 2013, 05:45 PM) You can find it at any Jusco, parkson and even Watsons and guardian sometimes. Yes it's painful because it pulls out the hair. How long it last will depend on your body. Some will last weeks, while some last few days only. Even waxing, if I wax, it'll last max around 1 week only, most ppl say will last at least 2 weeks. There are many waxing saloons around. The most popular one is Strip. Where's your location? then i guess i will check it out at jusco somedays, how much it usually cost? I dont feel like going to waxing saloons, I think it's better to do it by myself right? more affordable. ampang

I've found it very convenient to make and use sugar wax. Don't need any special applicator or tools. It should be very easy to use sugar wax for arms and legs. Go see YouTube videos on how to do it.

arm hair - unless if it's very thick n dark n bushy, leave it la. if anything, guys will just think that you are horny n that sort of works out to your advantage. if you insist, use those veet waxing paper to do it at home.
leg hair - wax it off or use the epilator. hair regrowth really depends on individual. some say up to few weeks.. i'm happy if mine lasts for 1 week
underarm - definitely go for IPL or eLight. no pain, quick procedure. n it's hard to DIY this at home unless if your body is very flexible.

arm hair is small matter for me. but i hv a fren who has long arm hair, she use hair plucks machine to get rod of it. Her hari won't turn out thicker as this is the bright side of pluck of the hair. You may try this "as seen on tv" product if u interested in getting one. Link: http://www.cutetygirl.com/goods.php?id=5828as for leg hair, YES! definitely need to get rid of it. Use waxing, nice, clean and no mess. =)

QUOTE(kikochen @ Mar 27 2013, 11:10 AM) do you know any online shop selling wax? LYN's stuff for ladies got quite a number of sellers selling DIY home wax. Epilator cost varies from a range of RM50-RM600+. There are many brands. Panasonic is more of an average priced and durable one (My first epilator cost RM79 and is still working well after 5 years); Braun is quite expensive but very good (I have an awesome one that cost me RM600, it comes with power rechargeable battery and many different heads including a shaver, waterproof too). The price varies depending on what features you want. I've seen lots of cheaper epilators selling online for around RM50-80.
