I have obvious hairs on my legs n arms, and it is very disgusting when I wear shorts / skirts (not to say very, but it is very awkward when guys notice doh.gif)
need help, how to deal with body hairs? icon_question.gif
if shave them away, it will grow back which make it even obvious right? sad.gif

Hi my sister has one told me to not shave it because after shaving it will grow back as the thick type. She plucks though. I think it's painful but worth it. Or maybe you can go for waxing. Many waxing deals in Groupon. smile.gif

Do consider waxing. It's slightly painful but you can stay hairless up to a month.

Or if you have the budget, do consider IPL.

else, you can also trying bleaching.

I don't shave my arms, I find that to be a waste of time because no one really notices arm hair unless you're absolutely gorilla-like, but even then, I don't think your self esteem should be dependent on others so much. who are these guys who notice? why do they matter?

What you think is thicker hair growing back, is not actually thicker. It's just new hair that hasn't been weathered by the elements yet. they get softer the longer they get, so don't worry about it.

Just go for waxing, if you really want to get rid of the hairs.

I don't have much body hair so it's not very noticeable.
I do shave my legs sometimes if I feel like it. It doesn't grow back thicker, it's just not as soft but it'll get softer as it grows longer. What I do most of the time is epilate the hairs on my legs. It will last longer that way.

I've not done waxing as my body hair is very fine, probably break instead of getting it pulled out. If money is not a concern, go for those permanent hair removal. Lots of these promotions around on Groupon and similar sites these days. I've bought my underarm e-Light treatment on Groupon and it has been awesome for me. I used to have really annoying underarm hair and grows out very fast even when I pluck or wax. Now I don't have to bother it for 2 weeks and it's still hairless.

you aren't perfect, and your loved ones cannot expect you to be. when it's cold, I go months without shaving my legs just for extra warmth, and my boyfriend can take it or leave it. My comfort overrides his preferences. also, if he can't love me at my worst, he doesn't deserve my best.

an epilator is basically an electrical tweezer. Of course it's painful ... have you ever tried threading your eyebrows? Multiple hairs are pulled out of your skin at one go. it lasts about two weeks.

Just buy it through online banking. Then print the voucher out and it'll act as your 'ticket'. Bring the 'ticket' to the shop and they'll do it for you. smile.gif

You can find it at any Jusco, parkson and even Watsons and guardian sometimes.
Yes it's painful because it pulls out the hair. How long it last will depend on your body. Some will last weeks, while some last few days only. Even waxing, if I wax, it'll last max around 1 week only, most ppl say will last at least 2 weeks.

There are many waxing saloons around. The most popular one is Strip. Where's your location?
