arm hair is small matter for me. but i hv a fren who has long arm hair, she use hair plucks machine to get rod of it. Her hari won't turn out thicker as this is the bright side of pluck of the hair. as for leg hair, YES! definitely need to get rid of it. Use waxing, nice, clean and no mess.
