I am a software developer, I feel very bored coding everyday, that's why I choose to change my job.

I have been offered a new job from another company. When I pass my resign letter to my boss, he urge me to stay at the company because company is really need experiece people to join the project.

He promise will increase my salary, which is same as the new offer and will change my responsibility, let me involved in management things, deal with client and promote as team leader (lead another one member only)

I am so confusing now. I dunno the condition of new company. The new job require to travel to kl city. Feel like not secured. Is it better stay at current company which is nearby and may be have good career, because this is quite new company. However, I worry end up will make me to quit the company in the few months later because I still cant get what I am expected. Hopefully, I dun want to find jobs again..
