I am so confusing now. I dunno the condition of new company. The new job require to travel to kl city. Feel like not secured. Is it better stay at current company which is nearby and may be have good career, because this is quite new company. However, I worry end up will make me to quit the company in the few months later because I still cant get what I am expected. Hopefully, I dun want to find jobs again..
just do it, whenever a person takes a new job, they are mostly not feeling secured because they do not know what they are going to face. It's normal for you to have such thinking.

Well, no one will know what happened in the future. Don't regret of your decision, what ever you decide today will make you a better person in future. We all learn from experience.

If you think the new company wouldn't provide you the requirement you wanted, then don't go. Why don't post a thread asking people about the new company?

Sounds like a local company firm. No point for you to pinpoint. if you dont like your job function, then go out from the circle and start pondering next move.

I am a software developer, I feel very bored coding everyday, that's why I choose to change my job.

I have been offered a new job from another company. When I pass my resign letter to my boss, he urge me to stay at the company because company is really need experiece people to join the project.

He promise will increase my salary, which is same as the new offer and will change my responsibility, let me involved in management things, deal with client and promote as team leader (lead another one member only)

Well... here's one piece of advice people seldom give, but most people often experience.

Just like interviewees and employees, employers lie all time. So your management could be promising you this and that, but who knows once you reject the other offer, nothing could materialize. This has happened over and over again to people I know (and myself). So, know your management's behavior and see if they're honest type people or not. If they are, then maybe you'd want to stay on, if not, they just go.

U need to check with ur current boss
When he will increase ur salary...

I had an offer in March which secure me to get more 20% of my current salary. However,my boss made a counter offer. And finally I decided to stay and rejected the new offer. But guess wat after that I been told my salary will increase in June and as token of compensation he will give me extra 100 bucks for allowance.

..................................

The next-boss called me again last week...luckily asking still interested to join them or not as SA and 200 more than his inital offer.....
should I leave?smile.gif

I think u dun quite like to go to the new company. U have to see how eager u wanna quit the company. I myself wanted to quit my ex-company veli much due to the cheapiness of the boss b4 i get my current job which i like. If ur boss treats u ok, and pay is ok, y not trust him for once and stay back a little longer. U wont know what the new company look like until u join them. Usually the only obvious differences between ur current company and the other offering u is the size of the company and the salary they offer. If ur boss counter offer u then u can consider stay a little longer and keep on hunting good job which doesnt need ur hesitation to join them! All da best.
