hye..i'm fitness consultant at Xclusive Fitness..if u really want to losing some weight..u have to push ur self..u will never have motivation if u do it in ur house by ur own self..mayb u can join yoga, aerobik, or gym instead..advice from expert can be an advantage to u..when u among the people that love to fit n love to lose weight u will be more motivatedi just started to eat properly and exercising (walking)...
