You're eating enough protein. Not sure how much rice you're consuming but take less rice and eat more lean meat and vegetable, for both your lunch and dinner. Also take eggs, soya and nuts to create a variety of meals.

Don't shy away from tea breaks. You can eat 2 slice of wholemeal bread or take Milo kosong. Consume banana or apple before your workout will be good too.

Working out alone at home is boring and the routine is repetitive (unless you do more research to enhance it). I suggest going to the gym and join the classes. Group exercises increase motivation because you're working out with others. In fact you'll get to make friends there and give each other the needed boost to keep going. If you have additional funds then can consider Personal Trainer, otherwise just going to the gym and plan your routines - it's enough.

more calculative way = count ur calories and macros
simple way is restrict ur carb intake. from ur diet, too much carb.. oat, rice.... oat again.... add with protein n vege with less carb
you can try simpler with below..

breakfast = 2 egg + 20g oat
lunch = fist size rice and less. meat + vege.
dinner = half fist size rice + meat + vege

home exercise can be HIIT style... e.g
skip rope 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
plank 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
bodyweight squad 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
push up 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
burpes 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
sit up 30 seconds rest 30 seconds
rest 2 minutes and restart again
do 3 times...

start by longer rest time to recover. once ur body adapt then add more exercise time with less rest time or just add more cycle..e.g instead of x3 u can x5 or x7

boring already then google for more bodyweight exercise and later add simple dumbell HIIT exercise to ur routine
