QUOTE(munkeyflo @ Aug 2 2013, 04:17 PM) Yup its called immersion diuresis.pressure presses ur superficial vessels to ur large circulation, fooling it into thinking theres excess volume in d body.so ur kidneys work to pump water out.same goes for cold temps, where ur skin n limb vessels contract to save heat.similar principle. So when u piss d excess out when theres no excess,u get dehydrated. |

Viz in Miri is extremely bad today.. I think about 2 meters (couldn't see past the head of the diver in front of me). We called off the second dive because there wasn't any point continuing. It's a shame though, there seemed to be a lot of marine life there, just that it isn't a good day
On the bright side, the clouds are parting now and weather looks like it will be nice for the beach Thanks juniorkirk for the torch... it helped a lot! I will definitely consider getting one for my next round of gear purchase... |

Don't get a mask that you can't pinch your nose easily. You'll have problems when equalizing and will get very stressed up underwater. Go for those that are made for Asian faces. Try IST masks or if you have a higher budget, check out Tusa's mask. It's also important to find a mask that can fit your face so water don't easily flood your mask. QUOTE(EvanSoon @ Aug 4 2013, 01:49 AM) Sotong must have pass your bad viz luck to him some time during TT. |
