know which doctor can give his signature on being fit to dive around KL/Melaka?

some ppl have some sort of asthma history like me sad.gif, and to complete any PADI course they're required to go through a test/signed off by a doc so that he can continue with the next certification..

last time i went to Sime Darby Medical Centre, doc charged me like RM250+++, to go thru a few test, and also his signature.. damn.. so pricey..

Hollis F2 fins for sale, friend boughtfrom Adex yesterday, however her legs are still too small to fit the fin.. So shes letting it go for RM400, size is small.. Should probably fit those with size 7-8, maybe. Anyone interested?

Original price is about sgd200, close to rm500.

anyone interested in getting some stuff from DiveGearExpress.com ?

I got the promotional code from DGE's booth at ADEX last weekend, and to qualify for free shipping to Malaysia, we'll need at least $250 (Instead of the usual $500) to get it shipped for free..

let me know if you're interested in getting some stuff from DGE, we'll see if we can reach $250, and maybe can get some goodies from there..

currently on my cart i have about $80, need about $170 more..

No cramp, but that's probably because I only had 30 minutes to spend in the water before it closed sweat.gif I keep forgetting the opening hours.

Do you mean underwater as in under water, or in deep water? When I practiced just now I maintained my fins under water.

Will be booking a session with Sea Monkey to test the rest of the stuff (mask and dive comp).

Just tried the Atomic split fins in the pool.

They are very nice for doing a scissors kick with fast but small strokes. It feels as if the fins aren't there. The Hollis F2 definitely feels stiffer for this kick.

But my feet became sore really quickly. I think it's because the foot pocket is too tight.
