Guys, i need some help here.

ever since the last patch few days ago, my launcher keeps on stucking on the loading loop right b4 the log in session...anyone knows how to fix it?

so far ive tried re-installing and also re-downloading+re-installing at new PC both unsuccessful...help is appreciated

Try search for the debugging tool you can download it in the Tera eu forum or pm me your email I send it to you at night

VPN? Anything that hides your IP is bannable by their terms and conditions. You can try tunnelling programs though, I know wtfast and lowerping works by personal experience. Whether or not they make any significant differences is another matter of discussion.

guys, how to fix network error in TERA EU? i cant even login

edit: ok, thats harsh considering i just downloading a total 50gb (30gb after confirmed it ) , is TERA NA ok? however i cant log in with tera na. thats sad

edit2: i can get inside na, what a waste of my internet quota for eu anybody wanna lv?

edit3: so..any ways to get low ping so far my best ping 300-350

Not sure about NA but we get 195ms-290ms on EU, and Lowerping/WTFast works. Do not attempt VPN services or your account will be flagged and you can be banned. Either way, Tera's end-game dungeons rely quite heavily on a stable internet, so unless you know the layout well, 300ms will be very challenging to play with, but more or less "okay" as long as it doesn't spike. PvP will be impossible (unless you're in equalized battlegrounds).

Have a question guys, I want to change the server for one of my characters (from kaidun to fraya). How would I go about this? I haven't played the game in more than a year so I'm pretty clueless..

You need to login to the game, access Tera Cash Shop, and purchase the account transfer (all done in-game).
Once you've transferred to Fraya... look for Misfits guild. We're mostly Malaysians / Singaporeans

Thanks! I I'm pretty hesitant because I'm in Malaysia and with all the region locking I was pretty scared to do anything that might mess up my account

Accounts created prior to the region lock are safe. For those who somehow manage to register new account after the region lock.. they will most likely only be able to play up till lvl 20 before the account gets locked (or at least that's what I heard).

Another question, what're your pings? I have 5mbs, is it enough?

I use lowerping (http://www.lowerping.com/) and on average I get 220ms to 300ms. As sad as that may sound, it is actually playable.
Anything above 350ms can be quite annoying to play in.
