Well, it depends on how many years you doing your Eng also...

If you do it 3 years only, then the 2nd year of your degree you can go, if you do 4 years then you can choose either 2nd year OR 3rd year to go...

Anyway, yeah, that's what they say about the exchange programme.
Depends on results, IF you apply...but anyway Engineering should be easier to get...

However, this September will have more students coming in, so probably will be even more competitive and stuff....

i've two more years to go in this campus for my BEng
not confirm yet for the MEng, if i can transfer to UK campus and do my MEng there, i might consider, else, screw it tongue.gif

Nice, good to hear that people are coming into Nottingham. Where are you from?

As for the life, you typed that sounds fun. You gotta to be kidding. It is not really fun though. Although there are lots of activities all year round, but the food and the transportation plays an important factor and worse yet (for me) is the sucky Internet connection.... But probably by next year, things will probably improved....

Ask us how's the environment in the uni again next year and we will certainly keep you updated by then...icon_rolleyes.gif

I live in Cheras.

I think the main problem of studying in Uni of Nottingham is that the campus is located in Semenyih, which is very far from KL or PJ.

About the sucky internet connection really no comment liao.

Are there many foreigners (Kuai Lou or Kuai Po) studying in there?

Semenyih is fun depends on how you look at it but the weather can be very terrible, it can get really very hot and humid (worst than KL).

Get happening friends and you can live a happening life in Semenyih, as for the internet, some of my friends are using Maxis Broadband and they say its much better than the one provided by the local company in Semenyih (which sux terribly).

Woot! Look who's in da house. biggrin.gif
Anyway, regarding the weather issue, it's a bit unpredictable as it might make you sweat like nobody's business and rain in about 30 minutes later. sweat.gif

I heard that you can get to "exchange" to UK in 2nd year if you are very good in your results.

Anyway, its no difference whether you get to transfer to UK anot, because you still get the exactly same cert.
