[wtask] how to train 4 packs - 6 packs, Hope give some advise

everyday need to do how many set of sit up only can have 4 packs?
at least. can teach me? i train for 2 months already and everynight i do 3 set of sit up with different style each style do 20 times.
but i hard to see the 4 packs , but when i touch. i can feel it clearly

Lose some fats..then itll show..is not the sit up..balance diet and exercise..thats the key..

Just cut off that layer of fats that are covering your abs, normally will show up when ur body fat is below 15%, what you should focus on now is your diet, not workout

Go read the posts on the weight loss thread and 'for those wanting 6 packs' posted by darklight, find out your tdee (total daily energy expenditure) and calculate your calories intake, as soon as you have your calories deficit, you can eat anything you want (including nasi lemak, mcD, etc etc)
