Only 1st 3time need internet connection for download, after that when the prompt out ask for connection, click on internet setting and it will bring u to ur wifi setting, just leave the wifi setting and u will able to play(at least for me)

I feel this was not a bad idea, as the gold van earn by level up and I could do other thing when service my car.

the idea is not bad, but juz a better way for me to support dev instead of buying gold/in game $$ or unlock more cars/event earlier.anyway, this is a muz play racing game for the year. how i wish they have real-time MP so we can kiss each other

oh yea, the downside of this game is it heats up ur phone and drain battery like no tomorrow

I feel they are more likely to be bot comtrol with player's time record.

I play on my nexus 7, it will be a bit hot but not like they do on S II good graphic always drain bettery, but it worth

haha, yaya, even the track also same I think, got the feeling like GT when 1st playing it.

Most games for mobile now are inspired by PS2 games in terms of gameplay and graphics.

rr3 graphics = better.
rr3 gameplay = worse cos i got no patience to wait for the upgrades/delivery

RR3 vs Asphalt 7
RR3 wins handown in terms of graphic and realism. Asp 7 is too arcade with drifting, which i personal dislike.

I seriously dont get why are they so slow. It seem to make you understand why Grosjean or Maldodano keep getting 1st lap crashes. They are not getting used to being slow.

Speaking about drifting, nothing beats Most Wanted. How fake can it be... FUN? Yes, perhaps a bit too much...

yes, starting from last place all the time, apart from drag race

i have no problem with that, where's the fun if always starting from pole position

if starting from pole in endurance mode, will be finish in 60 secs = cannot go further
starting from pole in cup mode, halfway through will sleep (srsly, 5 lap game, 2nd lap ady leading, run off course on last lap >.<)

head to head mode easily can leap to the front.

catching up the leader is more fun than leading the pack.

true, most wanted gives better drift sensation
asphalt 7 "was" fun.
nfs:mw is fun for fake over the top drift happy racing
real racing is fun because... real racing indeed (service/maintenance takes time, which is real, purchase car takes time, which is also real, upgrades takes time, also, real.)

I got problem with the download, the download seems doesn't save and keep moving at 4/61MB.

same here, been downloading for few days, only 4%, and when i quit and restart, it revert back to 3%

Weird, never encountered. Even after I install it twice. Must be server issue gua.

just downloaded from scratch this morning on Ninetology Stealth 2, the only issue is it refused to start after 1st time hit 100%. Force close the app and restart it, can play already.

How I wished they would save my stats online, either with FB account or whatnot.

I have 3 devices and backup/transfer/restore amongst devices is a pain.

been playing this for a week. just finished the pro/am league. Probably its just me, but the game play is getting very repetitive. And I had the feeling that the dev are trying to screw us up by putting in their version of AI bot.

I noticed the more advanced stages, when the race started, the car (second last) will always try to obstruct you. You sway left or right, they will follow. And it will happen through out the game. The bot main purpose is to slow you down. Only way to pass them is to bang them at the cornering section of the track. Then it will do damage to your car. You need money to fix it. And also the dev trying to fool us that upgrading the car will surely wins you a race (assuming you drive with above average skills). I am so wrong by maxing up my BMW. There sure will be other cars that are way faster. Also notice when the bot bang you, it will slow you down but that culprit will just accelerate as if it has a NOS button.

My tricks to win a race. I always start playing in online mode. If after a few tries, the bot are getting to IMBA, i will switch to offline mode. Its different. But never think offline mode is easier, its just different. If you cant win the offline mode, then go online. Thats it. And also bang them if necessary, but dont bang on the rear, it will only slow you down. If they bot trying to push you off the track, slow down. Most of the time, the bot has very strong car, cant out maneuver them.

Love it at first, but now getting tedious and less enjoyful because of the bots.

but if you have friends in your friends list, they will still join the race even in offline mode.

you can try sideload method
download the data files from those black market sites
then copy direct onto your device

Is it normal when its around 3.6GB?

I downloaded mine from **** because the download always fails if I download with the game
I got 3.6GB after extract

RR3 is my fav ipad game now. So far i've collected 26 cars. Anyway, I've completed the last event, RWD Open Revolution. All 1st position for 36 events, but the status says 97% completion. Any idea what happened?

its a known bug, there is 1 more chverolet in that race that havent being released. its showcase will fill the last 3%

I used to play but sick with the waiting for maintanence time. Always wait so long before can continue race

Just got the update this morning and modded my Pink (Breast Cancer Awareness) Lexus LFA....also bought the other 3 additional new cars.

Finished most of the 2 events within the new categories.

My take: Both Lexus LFA and Lexus ISF really have good breaks, so much so have to adjust abit on usual breaking points. Dodge Charger(s) both versions are really junk clunks. Dubai Autodrone is really challenging. ok lah the evening setting. Still miss the night event in Real Racing 2.

ok, just updated RR3 on my GN2 last night, then today got chance to try out the new interface, everything silky smooth

i wonder is it just me or it was because of the update, i notice that after update, the opponents are no longer as aggressive as previously

now i can easily overtake them on straight roads and corners after i fully upgraded the cars. tested with GTR and Gallardo (both road version) and also the Sumo GTR, now it seems like very easy to win in race, regardless of which type of race

it feels like the player's car is the only one who got upgraded, but opponent cars are still stock standard

Yup agree with u, opponents now is sooo easy unlike before. haha. i love the new UI its so simple. plus repair and upgrade car is much more easier this time. really good update, hoping for more car in the future, ferrari perhaps. currently racing on my mercedes on iphone 5.

Well, for me jailbroken iphone of course. i respect for those who pay real money on this freemium game. The waiting time & cost is ridiculous. Really takes a long time to upgrade car. Lucky me to have a jailbroken phone, cant recall how many time have i click the $99.99 gold & cash to have all the nicest car and have all the upgrades. Its a freemium game afterall.

...and repair is more frequent too.

Yup, lots may appreciate the abscence of micromanagement for repairs. But last time, the most frequent repair is only for changing oil, which takes mere 5 minutes. Now, after couple of races have to wait for 1-2 hours.

Btw, the non-timer repair still takes place, only that the game took the liberty on handling it.

Maybe due to the change of gameplay mechanics.

On previous version of RR3, there's no Performance Rating to indicate which car can be in which race. Even people can just buy any car without following the flow like current RR3. So they have to impose artificial difficulty so people may not level up so easily.

Now, it's less difficult, but then you can't have your car into a race in further level anyway unless it meets the rating. And that costs a lot of upgrade.
