QUOTE(Kampung2005 @ Feb 27 2013, 03:13 PM) That's why government has to start BRT project right away, as well procuring extra 1,400 buses for RapidKL alone. Currently BRT project will only launch at Sunway & PJ area , isn't it ?Ultimately, Rapid buses initiative need to be introduced to more cities/towns in the country. so how about Cheras , Setapak ,Kepong area ? QUOTE(Toyoi @ Feb 27 2013, 03:16 PM) We all suffer enough under Proton for 28 years. Worth the jam. Peduli apa. I'll be among the first to kencing on Proton closed down factory site. Piss in glory. Proton have to adjust their pricing to benefit our rakyat since it's local car somemore , if there's a RM40k preve , why not ? |

QUOTE(Toyoi @ Feb 27 2013, 03:25 PM) Not only kicked in but kena tendang balik lah bro. AFTA is as good as back to square one again when import duties reduced/abolished, Malaysia sneaked back raising excise duty resulting no effect at all and other ASEAN members also do the same in retaliation. Really ah? I heard that Aussie on radio dude tok kok as though its going to make a lot of difference to the average Malaysian? But now Thailand and Indonesia drew their first move by reducing excise duty on Eco Green Cars policy. Let see how smart our BN and MITI goons gonna sniff that! This post has been edited by Flaming_lion: Feb 27 2013, 03:26 PM |

QUOTE(Kampung2005 @ Feb 27 2013, 03:15 PM) I have my CDL license for ngam ngam 6 years now..I will still drive my car unless the traffic is totally not moving.. I mean, you want people to use public transport, at least have some incentives to attract people to take train or bus mah.. If i'm using myrapid cards, but no discount given, why should I bother to use that for? |

Then, JB, will get MRT.....................to Singapore. even BRT has done , our car price will surely become lower (PR & BN Government promised ) , so that it will be a plus minus ending . BRT help decrease car amount on street & car price help increase car amount on street . so conclusion is , we still have to suffer in traffic jam until 2017 at least . Here is the issue.
What will the government cut? Current import duty of 30% applies on CBU outside Asean. If they cut that, then it will be the same as CKD within Asean, meaning people don't get to enjoy so much. Will they touch excise duty? |
