Japan and Australia, because we have free trade agreements with them, signed earlier on.

However, I am not whether they cut excise duty or not.

I guess need to wait tomorrow.
*
I think it should be excise duty. Import duty remain 30 percent maximum.

Good news.

Average speed on the road during will peak hour will drop to 10 km/h.

MRT at average speed of 34 to 40 km/h can be the choice to escape congestion.

Ok Guys. Here is the thing, I bet they reduce import duty only for CBU ( Read properly, CBU. Not CKD ) From Jpn and Aus

So no cheaper toyota or honda!

Too early to speculate.

However, the original JMEPA (Japan Malaysia Economic Partnership Agreement) does include CBU, that means from Japan.

Again, need to wait for tomorrow for specifics.

That's why government has to start BRT project right away, as well procuring extra 1,400 buses for RapidKL alone.

Ultimately, Rapid buses initiative need to be introduced to more cities/towns in the country.
