using 3pdt switches is easier to get a true bypass right? but atm we are still very new.... so, i thinks better we start of with something fairly simple and use cheaper parts first....
when we're better and capable of making complex pedals, then i think 3pdt will be a better buy then....
my 2cents only tho
agreed. we can save a few bucks and the hassle of ordering online for now.

but with the DPDT it adds more complication (wiring LED, and true bypass). besides, your switches can be reused even if u fail.
well, the millenium bypass doesnt seem too bad.
but we won't discount the fact that we will need em 3PDT switches soon.
ok here's my progress with the beginner booster project.
first time i did it, didint work , cause i used a wrong board (supposed to be
pad per hole perfboard. I also used the wrong parts , such as the wrong input cap, bloody shop supplied me the wrong one.
sean take note.so i went to buy a breadboard, and learnt a little on how breadboards work. i tried about 3 rounds on the breadboard, then on the final round, the circuit worked. em, there was sound, rather than the last times, when there was even any guitar sound, which showed the circuit is complete. but theres a problem, when i turn the pot around, it doesnt seem to have any effect on the sound. and when i max out the pot, the sound turns soft, thin, and farty.

heh.
at least there is sound now, im gonna have to find out why it isnt working properly tho.
