I well the whole board like Factory Standard ... put in the 9 Volt Battery .... the LED never light up Well, at lest you get to understand how these stuff works from the inside point of view. You never know ... you mix and match and you create a new effect sound and call it ... BOSS nick_drake Effect Pedal This post has been edited by TheWhacker: Apr 4 2006, 02:40 PM

QUOTE(nick_drake @ Apr 4 2006, 05:21 PM) hehe...all that later lah..now concentrate on sourcing the parts first...jalan pasar...and.. ..i'd rather make copies of other good pedals than fumble with one on my own....at least until i gain more experience. and i asked someone who's experienced in making pedals, he sold a few...he mentioned sth like a shop opposite pudu plaza called NIXIE. he said some casings can be found there... btw, i tore apart a busted modem of mine. there are so many capacitors there. some of them can be used i hope. the tips are already soldered in..but can be taken out..and then extended with wire i guess? btw, i think my mom's gonna buy a new toaster. so the old toaster can be used to bake cases after painting. I think its better if you can post some pictures on what you're actually planning to do like the folks from Casings and Modifications. [Worklog] Icute CasingWorklog: Project Littlebit, - I'm lazy so this will take a while[WORKLOG] Project "Number `1", my frist worklog and modWith that, we all can (hopefully) tip in some advice and suggestions to make your very own Effect pedal
