anyone knows what is the rate for courier a bicycle within west malaysia using pos laju?
*
it depends how heavy and how big your bike is after packing in a box.. why dont you calculate your weight at poslaju website. go to poslaju website and read about the shipping charges. they have weight vs volumetric pricing la dude...

just called pos laju. they said they do not consider weight/volumetric for bicycle. Rm95 fixed rate for 1 unit of bicycle.

headset usually different sizes cross different bike brand and bike discipline.
so better check your frame ...

headset pressed in and usually we dont want to knock them out... it will usually hurt the cosmetic of the frame and headset usually. its always better to get new headset with new bearings. it is one thing that people usually get new together with the frame. old sell with the old frame. except for cases like you having an expensive chris king that you might want to still keep.

For Transition AM, you can try KSH.
For Kona, if Sen Aik don't have, you can try Tat Seng in Cheras.

Well, i use a coil fork. Can't afford even an epicon. Lol! And i like my fork. Its a suntour XCR. Good for jumping and pumping though. Bad for comfort downhill filled with roots and step downs that are like staircases.

I masturbate quite frequently for endurance and strengthening my forearms. Trick is to alternate arms while masturbating. Lol!!!!!

I'm using a Suntour XCR as well... teruk fork. Keras like hell when DH even though rebound has been set properly. Wrists also sakit...

Epicon if you buy locally mahal. I was told that if you get from here that is if you can read mandarin, as cheap as RM400 + shipping.

TransAM if you're getting the 2011 model i believe if's a 30.9mm seat post. not so *gooding* <-- this terms used here ait? try getting the 2012 instead. but it's 2.8Kgs just for the frame (more or less). KHS no longer have these last i checked (early last year)

Steel hardtail, why not an On one Inbred, cheap and worth a try to see if you like it, or maybe a 456 instead.

If i would to build one now, it'll probably be a Cotic Soul.

XCR to an epicon upgrade? why not save a little more and get a used reba instead i see quite a number going off.
Hands sakit wider tires lower PSI would be better in my opinion against XCR > Epicon
