anyone knows what is the rate for courier a bicycle within west malaysia using pos laju?

have anyone been to any trail in penang?
i heard there is a trail that you can ride downhill for 1 hour
and there is a jeep to fetch you back up
any info guys?

it depends how heavy and how big your bike is after packing in a box.. why dont you calculate your weight at poslaju website. go to poslaju website and read about the shipping charges. they have weight vs volumetric pricing la dude...

just called pos laju. they said they do not consider weight/volumetric for bicycle. Rm95 fixed rate for 1 unit of bicycle.

headset usually different sizes cross different bike brand and bike discipline.

Well, i use a coil fork. Can't afford even an epicon. Lol! And i like my fork. Its a suntour XCR. Good for jumping and pumping though. Bad for comfort downhill filled with roots and step downs that are like staircases.
