Guys, I just go a new job and my workout time needed to be adjusted. I used to train 4-6pm and now I only can workout 12-1 1-2pm. Anyone of you training with this time constrain? I'm currently going towards the 'fitness' cutting workout because my back and knees got so much injuries when I do StrongLift 5x5. I looked to BB.com and most the routine not really suitable for me (not much compound).

Anyone got anything to share?

*I'm afraid the short time in gym will limit my gains.

Current 78kg 180cm 13.5bf%

Goals <10%bf

Actually my knees were pretty bad since my basketball times. My back was hurt while doing deadlifts and my knees when I do squat.

If you're getting injured it means you need to be paying more attention to your form.

Yeap..bad form..since your training duration is shorten, do a split then..maybe cardio at night after work?

But still to lower bf means to have a strict diet..

u could do high intensity workout (dropset, superset or both together) so 30-45min max.

or u could workout 1 bodypart a day and workout everyday rclxms.gif

for the past 6-8 months, i've been working out during lunch hour.. the gym is very near to my office & it is very convenience.. on top of that, with a limited time constraint you will become more focus to finish ur set... btw, from my POV i think we should not spend more than 45 minutes- 1 hour to W/out.. during that time your glycogen already finish.

I agree to that, every fridayi have 2 hours break yet i consider the time too short for a quick workout. just too rush if u include eating and taking a bath as well.

My workout is only 50-60 mins.

Thanks guys, after my injury I already pay pretty much attention on my form. Now i think form 'close' to perfect with smaller weight comparing last time.

I already design one workout myself I'll share later and feel free to comment smile.gif
