The finance guy told me april we only need to pay some small fees. MOT and etc will only need to pay in 6-8 months after hand over the property. as they need some times to get the consent from land office and etc.

Some said this week, some said before mid of april. anyway I have yet received any official letter telling me anything yet

Insightful video. The behind portion where snails are on the wall, if done up properly will look nice. If I am the owner of the reviewed unit, I will pay myself to clean them and do up the landscaping on the garden of the 2 units fronting him.
