Nokia Malaysia customer service is so 90's, they think they still own the mobile phone world. They need to get everybody to the 21st century where customer service is king. Why do you think Apple staff are trained almost to death whenever a new product is launched. They have midnight training sessions, they ask the stores to close for a day etc etc just to train and make sure everyone is on the same page ... Nokia Malaysia? .... mehhhh ...

string, the phone will be wiped clean and knowing how horrid the backup.restore function in WP* at the moment, I suggest you wait for the OTA. Hopefully Nokia Malaysia will do the OTA with 1308 firmware as well.

Wireless charginf for me (using the plate charger) takes about 2 hours 30 minutes from low battery to full. With the main chargers it is about 2 hours to 2 hours 15 minutes.
