you can use normal atm debit card with VISA. whenever you purchase an app, fill in the information exactly according to your debit card; name, number, date, etc. easy. bought my ProShot using my maybank atm/debit card.

I personally think Nokia can surpass HTC, but not Samsung; HTC 1st quarter profit only 2.8 million LOL. Going to eat grass soon. Depending on android doesnt mean they will be successful. Samsung is the only manufacturer that is very successful with android, i even think LG did better than HTC in profits. Sony, not so sure yet, they havent released quarterly reports/

now you need to update the setting options. try checking the store. after update the apps, then only comes storage options.
