i was syncing to my pc (to transfer Perseus 33) and GCC shows 468,460,460 respectively
now its showing 799,900,900 after the stweaks

Yes from your previous settings, charging through usb is set at 900.

i always believed that usb charging is limited to about 500mA - some inefficiencies = 460mA seems just about right

USB charging depends on the USB port design. Newer USB 3.0 port can charge at 900. Older ones are at 460 i believe.

Why need to remove your sd card? Hit factory reset wont wipe your internal memory and ext sdcard. Factory reset will wipe your application installed and user preference only.

In JB yes Gtalk is safe to uninstall. I just realize that since using Note 2 but in ICS at my previous S2, if you disable Gtalk, you will forever stuck at downloading app in Play Store spreadsheet for talk application is outdated
