dude it aint that expensive. Its more in line with prices as we used to pay for nvidia highest end card.
Previous 8800 Ultra etc.. all was 3.2k.. heck remembered when i dished out rm9.6k for cycom for 3. Thats the first time for tri-sli tech.
the curious part is y nvidia launched the titan. looking at the numbers it aint that impressive. The shader count is 50 percent more than 680 with the clock speed 20 percent less and performance around 30 percent gain and pricing nearly 80 percent more.
so for most ppl with single card to jump to this.. Just sli/crossfire and u will beat it at the price point.
so it looks like its for who will be sliing/tri-sli the best crap out there.
well i most probably will be getting one. the question is which brand and when. I am more interested on the CUDA power on those number of shaders.
if only x264 CLI now supports CUDA natively.
