I tot Sony Xperia Z will be better because of the bravia engine but HTC One is more clear and better contrast.

errmmm... isn't it obvious that from these screenshot, S3 is the worst?
if u talking about viewing angle, these screenshot doesn't show anything about the viewing angle

strictly based on these screen shot,
colour wise, both S3 and S4 are out with the greenish screen
looking at the "exclusive" and "feature" words can tell the clarity, obviously S3, ip5 and 920 are out maybe due to their lower resolution

based on these screenshot, i think XZ does deserve some credit here, though i do agree One is the best among here

yeah, viewing angle is already a known issue for xperia, already widely debated in all the sony thread.
still depends on individual as some ppl don't mind at all

Logically, it should be software. Unless they tie it in to hardware so deep, making a port near impossible without a complete source code.

The only thing I can think off the top of my head where hardware is concerned is the sensor used in the One.  As it is, there are no working Zoe ports yet. I think benny-kor mentioned wifey is running sense 5 but Zoe is not working. Even googling around says the same. Although I have read a working Zoe is promised in the near future.

Who knows how well that would run though.

So, if anyone could share if the Zoe is portable, or if there is a similar post-processing app, it'd be brilliant

808 was using different big arse sensor for that haha, the only big arse sensor camera phone in market.

now we got ONE for zoe software? not sure HTC will continue use the ultra pixel tech in future or not, but at least now we can see 808 pattern is gone after lumia 920
