When you not using your phone for browsing..disable your data network. Your call and msg still can get through and you save your battery usage.
Unlike Samsung where your MMS cannot get through without data network..HTC phone can.

Beside..you not going to chat all day..right.? If you need long chat that need to use whatsapp..let you friends sms you first then only you enable your data. Finished chatting..disabled your data again. Learn to maximize your battery

for me my butterfly have better battery life than my 4s, and it was 1.5" bigger, 2x more core, 4x more ram, higher brightness setting, and much better network connection, iphone 3g was slow, wifi range is lower than butterfly.

HTC Butterfly beside screen bigger 0.3" than this, nothing was better than this.
