High salary is very subjective  Bro! If I earn sgd80k per month like the ex bsi staff I don't mind buying prop in kv to stay n travel to sg to work using hsr !

Maximize the return from the income Bro, convert sgd salary n use it in msia. Sgd700k+ can only buy a 600sft+ condo but can buy a semi d in kv

Do you know how much time, energy and commitment need to spend on sgd80k job? Do you know how valuable is time and energy at this position? At this position, there are many way to maximize return without sacrificing time and energy on commuting.

If price is your only yardstick, why not buy in muazam shah, simpang empat, Kuala pilah?

People invest for the potential to appreciate. Those foreigners bought kv property a few years ago already suffered from myr depreciation. In the long term, myr depreciate against sgd, why SG need to buy into depreciating asset?

As a matter fact, l am trying to understand your "ard 4k" statement is referring to individual or household.

In most data, statistic is referring to household median.
Unless, your interpretation is to take the household data and divide it by two, which l am waiting for your words.

Noted it is from newspaper.
No mean to discuss further here. Just trying to get the quote for verification. No worry. Peace.

shocked to read this news on this morning.. ohmy.gif wonder if they can manage HSR in future sweat.gif

KUALA KUBU BARU: Three passengers suffered minor injuries when an electric train service (ETS) train heading to Ipoh collided with another train shortly after leaving the station here.

According to a passenger, the train had reached the Batang Kali station after travelling for about 90 minutes from KL Sentral. The train left at about 12.30pm.

“We heard a loud bang from the front and felt a jerk,” said The Star reporter Cecilia Kok, who was on board.

However, she said no one was flung off their seats from the impact.

“Some passengers in the front coaches suffered minor injuries and a woman fainted,” she said at the scene of the crash yesterday.

The front windscreen of the ETS train was shattered.
