May I know your source? I thought they plan to build it in Kampung Abu Bakar Baginda? My land is near the proposed HSR Station located at this GPS coordinate 2.951468, 101.732626. The rail will go through my land ?

U can't expect Muar rate given for KL land right.. What I'm saying is no premium over market rate.. Could be same with market rate, lower bit or just average previous transaction rate in the area.. Something like that...

macam gov sold the land damned cheap to 1mdb (reserve of what you talked above) and 1mdb sold at inflated market rate to 3rd party.

The land acquisition falls under the Land Aquisition Act 1960. Land owners are advised to hire their own private valuer.

Say the property has been renovated, does the government normally compensate a bit of that, or just cost of a bare unit?
