Haha.. prices wont drop lah. I know of a place where the houses got flooded 5x and yet tarak cheap sale.
Property buyers' sentiment is stronger than the flood, & keeping prices afloat.

Is it still so hard to explain why if it was due to drainage clogged ?

Ohh really, bro? Same spot same location of ytd incident?

I just know, there was a day ( i think last 2 months ), it was very very heavy rain ( much greater than ytd ) for at least 5-6 hours. Some places were flood like USJ n Jln Klang Lama but nothing happened to ytd's spot of IOI mall.

Even the Kinrara BJ highway, some spots, also a little bit flood of level to half wheel of cars, but managed to go thru anyway and whole KL was jammed bcz of the flood.

Blocked drainage system may have caused Puchong flash flood

People don't respect the drains. The drains angry and make noise ....

Now people give them attention.

But after a while, people will neglect them again. The cycle repeats .....

Not sure this will solve the flood issue or not?

Fast forward 3 years later and we just had another Puchong IOI Mall flash flood incident. It doesn’t solve the issue.

Puchong ex mining land. Plus low lying areas. Definitely prone to flooding. Those higher areas also not safe. Prone to landslides plus the road leading to the taman developes a lot of cracks.

Looks like flash flood is still a threat to this part of Puchong and the new launch projects along this main road will be badly affected? If the road is flooded then people can't go home.
