Probably correct also. Samsung Galaxy S4 (S IV?), The New King of Android?

Actually I find the black S4 edition front look quite beauty also, the texture was nice.

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 16 2013, 11:15 PM) I just saw today newspaper (china press - chinese newspaper) New Galaxy is naming as S 4 instead of IVsaid it is 4.2.1 out of the box but at the end of the livestream, showing 4.2.2 but benchmark for i9500 is 4.2.1 on antutu yet, why they show it as S 4 instead S IV ?? not like S II and S III is showing I as number, s4 is showing 4 as number instead IV |

Design was important. I am looking and hoping Samsung will fail this time and not meet targeted sales,
This will be the only way Samsung will wakeup and reconsider design was important. |

QUOTE(giovanni @ Mar 17 2013, 12:17 PM) Design is of course important too. Gotta say I'm a little disappointed myself. Was hoping the leak wasn't true before it was officially unveiled. However to say that it's exactly like s3 is a wrong assertion. There are changes no matter how minute it is. It only 90% like S III but 99% like Note II.Samsung didn't touch on design except change the texture pattern only. |

QUOTE(giovanni @ Mar 17 2013, 12:48 PM) By the way, how do you come out with the figures? Nvm, back to your figures. If it's 99% note 2 like and 90% S3-like, doesn't that imply that it's a new class on its own since it's a hybrid? For all we know, Note 2 is a phablet. It similar with S III but not exactly as the side and curve and button and front camera and sensor placement. All above was exactly same as Note II. The only different was surface texture design and back flash placement. Note II people call phabet because screen size big, this has nothing to do with design. |

I mean 90% similarity when compare with S III only.
99% similarity when compare with Note II only. The percentage is not compare with S III + Note II. |

QUOTE(PeeEl @ Mar 17 2013, 01:15 PM) This makes more sense with the qualification. Learn therefore to post correctly otherwise if someone corrects you, accept it with grace. Correct me? Here is not grammar thread. lol.Continue support your Samsung and try ignore what Samsung did was recycle as got sFans that never care, soon Samsung = Apple. Every year out same phone with minor update and the sFans still happy though holding new major update phone in-fact it was yesterday phone. |

QUOTE(giovanni @ Mar 17 2013, 01:35 PM) But your previous post was confusing because you said "it is 90% S3 and 99% Note 2". My bad for misunderstanding your statement. I thought you meant overall design and size since Note 2 is obviously a phablet. Sorry for my bad explanation, will write more in details rather than shortcut in future. |

QUOTE(giovanni @ Mar 17 2013, 01:46 PM) Anyway, you're not wrong too because S4 is already stepping into the phablet category since it has a 5" screen. The poorest is Dell, first out 5 inch phone (phablet) but that time people still can't accept such giant size phone.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phablet |

S4 actually not so bad design, just I don't want holding same device for 2 years. Hehe
Also less people support probably is good prevent Samsung stepping to Apple style. This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Mar 17 2013, 07:49 PM |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Mar 17 2013, 07:55 PM) I'm also afraid my future aluminum HTC One will suffer the same fate. If dropped and got dent..how..? I seldom / never drop my phone, looks ok for me. Both glass and aluminum will be dangg expensive to change. If it possible to change. That's why the proven light thin bendable plastic rules..!! Polycarbonate in great quality like Nokia is much better. Samsung polycarbonate is kind of fragile lo. |
