setia sky seputeh seems very high end launch...any more info forthcoming? anybody can share the launch date? its 290 units over 4.8 acres..seems mid density, how to price at 1300 psf? maybe their selling point is near mid valley

assuming after rebate is at 1000psf, so minimum pricing will be at 2.3m due to unit is at 2300sqft.

1000 psf sounds more reasonable based on the location but then again, not many new launches at seputeh except for robson hill. also i think this project is under the 10:90 scheme, so the pricing will reflect the financing.

wongkor....setia gives 23% ah? when has setia so generous before?

they are looking at taikun that are looking to downsize from their bungalows and mansions nearby (seputeh/tmn desa/Bangsar) but not to stray too far away from their comfort zone.

definitely not targeting at gen y or x lah...

Seputeh imho is targeting a totally different group. Seputeh has a lot of affluent communities and they would not want their second gen to go out of Seputeh. So this would be a great choice for them.

Older gen may not want to stay in Condo, they may prefer the bungalow that they have in Seputeh, but this Condo is absolutely a high end condo targetted at their lucky kids...

Private lift, generous layout design, luxurious lobby and facilities...there will be market for this...

Big layouts... and that means many millions..........
