I forgot the name, u reach that condo via Jalan seputeh 6. May not have all the facilities of this project but it's low density, higher ground abd quieter. If to stay, I will buy that Instead. Old condos almost never appreciate in price...beside all the internal wears and tears....like water piping and electric wiring....need to be replaced lioa.... 3600sq is far too big to bear the maintenance fee. However when u r rich, you are ricb...2mio is wet wet water nia.
