Went to view. One thing I wasn’t comfortable with is the surroundings which gives me a very old feeling. Shops are old eg 99 Speedmart and if you drive further in, there is another row of shop houses and that is equally old.

Most of the houses there you can see empty security booths. Somehow people are moving out or unwilling to pay for security fee. Where do you go for food?

Just leant that the prices of this property dropped a lot. Like from 1300 psf to 890 psf. Anyone knows what happened?

1300psf is gross. They have lots of added rebates including 10 years of free maintenance, deducted against it. Early bird even if you purchase it now (lol) blah blah that bring a it down to 800+psf

I know this is mainly own stay but for those planning to rent out how much is realistic to target?
