If you don't like the current situation (work), then no harm trying looking around and see what is available. You might find a new enviroment which you like.

If you dont have complaints, travel is near, flexi hours, salary and bonus is what you can accept. No stress. smile.gif

even that i have skills still no company wants me

and who wan earn the same earning level after five years?

kosuke09211,

Who say so??

And, who say there is only one kind of "paper"??

For example, do you have CCNA certification?? Do you have Microsoft certification?? Do you have Oracle certification??

<<and who wan earn the same earning level after five years?>>

You did that by your INACTION!!

Action speaks louder than words!!!

Your mentality and your lack of plan to improve will ensure that you get NOWHERE even after 5 years.

What is YOUR PLAN of ACTION to make sure that you make more in 5 years??? The answer is NONE at this moment. So, how can you be SURE that you can get better??

Even with a plan and lot of actions, you still may not succeed. But, doing NOTHING ensure your failure.

I think the new job is good but before quitting your job, consider all the pros and cons of old and new jobs both in terms of salary, time duration and travelling distance. All the best!

Maybe try listing down what is GOOD about the current job.

eg. You get to sleep till 8.15am and still aint late for work smile.gif

If really you in IT field, paper certification unfortunately is kinda a way employer evaluate you. But during interview if you can ace all the question and shows that you have a passion for the field then I'm sure they would consider hire you, make you take the exam and bond you smile.gif

Personally I know tons of fler which dont have certs but been working about 10yrs already. They do work on complex environment.

Finally, which IT career path .. you could choose something you like .

1. "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." .. Confusious

Good luck smile.gif Brand new year !!
