Damn!! tmrw Kh exam and Maths! Moral and Sej on Saturday, today BM and Maths (2) went smooth :-), i totally give up on KH X_X, it seems that every single thing from KH requires memorising... i memorised like crap last year ( first time exam, and got 88) but seriously, memorising it without understanding a single crap?? NO! its too hard to understand too on the other hand... :/

Im having trouble in sejarah bab 2 malayan union.. i dont even feel like reading it when i spotted the 'parlimen' word.. those politics word u know what i mean? I rather read those stories :3 ! and those pangkat-pangkat r driving me crazy X_X there's 1 part in bab 1(the jepun 1), they're basically referring to those pangkat stuff like gabenor.. i mean is it neccessary to read those stuff? O.o

I got 11 wrongs for geography the first 10 questions ( based on the peta given) i got 3 inccorect answers already!
suprisingly, the form 2 part went great for me!

So u guys basically did all the syllabus for PMR? form 1-3?

Same!! I like the PK part for KH too!! its so logicable and dosen't require any memorising skills!, true! applying it is better as it tends to be 'glued' inside your brain

kh, sc, maths and eng..the only subject i can get A easily xD
teras..tbh there's no easy way to memorize it xD for me, it's becoz i like building things & also science.. ( i'm active member in school robotics club  )
1 thing i can tell u that is u need to understand it, not memorize..
like for capasitor, u have to remember it like it's similar to rechargeable battery where u charge some power in it then it will release power instead of memorizing it like menyimpan dan membuang cas.. 

btw, any tips/fast way to study maths? used to be good in maths but this year i cant find any tuition.. (good teachers with suitable time not in my area, good teachers in my area time not suitable for me or either full dy..)
and i very lazy to study at home xD
so i want to study it as quick as possible..cant spent more than 1 hour studying especially at home..too much stuffs for me to play

I disagree with iSean . I did not read any of the Sejarah or Geografi , especially Geografi . If you have a lot of time to waste , then go ahead . I relied on a compact book , published by Sabadi with diagrams and maps for Geografi . The important points are there , and they are all that you need . Geografi textbooks was horrible .

I only relied on the mini sized Whizz Thru Sejarah by Oxford Fajar . It has everything from the textbook , copied and pasted in the form of notes , without unnecessary paragraphing .

The nilai questions are supposed to test your understanding . You will not need to memorise any of them . They are common sense . There is no fixed number of nilai questions . They will change . And yes , past year questions are extremely helpful for both subjects . Good luck !

Yes , it's true . I remember that it was a black coloured , Nexus Geografi PMR ( Berpandukan Peta dan Fakta Diagramatik ) , it's a thinner version compared with the actual Geografi book , published by Sasbadi . I believe the cover has changed though . I used the book and consistently scored 58-60 . Geografi was one of my favourite subjects in PMR because the questions are fixed , there is no twist when it comes to the questions . It's either whether you know the answer or not . Doing exercises ( Trials / Past Years ) helps a lot too . I remember finishing the form 1 - 3 Geografi syllabus around May and started doing exercises leading to PMR . I actually did so many papers that I became sick of them when my teachers gave more during trials .  Preparing early for it is actually a good thing . Good luck !

(1) Your level now in PMR Maths is probably Unconsciously Incompetence.

(2) There are 39 Chapters altogether (Form 1, 2, 3) in PMR Maths. If you allocate 50 min each day to study and revise each chapter a day, you will learn the fundamentals in 39 days and become Consciously Incompetence.

(3) To understand or know how to maths problems in PMR, you will repeat the same thing for another 39 days. It requires concentration to become Consciously Competence.

(4) To reach the final level "Unconsciously Competence" that it has become "second nature" and the maths problem can be solved easily, you need to practice for another 39 days.

∴ 50 min for one chapter a day, and by end of July 2013, I guarantee that you will score A+ in PMR Maths. You get what you desired within your OWN Criteria (< 1 hour) and you can do or play whatever you want after that. By the way, you can also ask for advice from maximR and Flame Haze

i came from a private primary school that don't test chinese for upsr. i got take chinese there but the chinese is damn easy, can simply get 80+ without studying
form 1 when registering, wan try how hard is chinese in chinese school so i accepted the challenge..
shit happens when i reached form 2, never passed the exam..then i go find the teacher to drop chinese, but she don't let

science form 2 i can teach you things u dun understand
