there's no way to check except for you yourself noting it down. and when the bills come you kinda "guess" or assume" based on the comparison of charges of the bills and also the rebate obtained. Till now I've yet to do that because I'm too lazy  sweat.gif

Thanks.  smile.gif I guess that's the only way for now. They just break down the total rebates into 1% and 5% as I can see in my statements.
*
mainly i swipe ocbc with confirmed in the 5% category. then they should not any 1% rebate at my statement, unless those "place we though is 5% but received 1%" need to note down.

for places i confirm with no 5%, i will use maybank 2 amex to earn 5X point instead, unless it does not accept amex. laugh.gif

Any idea if their free for life annual fees will require minimum swipes?
*
free for life annual fees is FREE already, so no minimum swipes required. However, GST still need to pay unless you spend 10k(principle)/5k(sub) per annum
they provide free annual fee but removed the feature of 33% cash rebate for interest paid.

aeon big (c4) MV = 5%
aeon (jusco) MV = 1%

so make sure you buy from the correct aeon.
*
then would be good. coz i heard from people in OCBC mention carrefour already change to aeon big, so under aeon, not under 5%.

but i guess they still using old terminal with same MCC code, right?

Prior to that, I need to sign up the OCBC internet banking in order for me to receive the OTP right? But as far as I know, other bank they don't require us to do so.
*
yes, you require to sign up for internet banking in order to register your mobile number for the OTP. which will be needed for interbanking transaction or internet purchase for the secure code by mastercard

Have just called up the call centre and the CS says yes, the card still available for new application.

However, submission through branch will have the GST compulsory to be paid, while application through phone will enjoy the 3 swipes within certain period to get GST offset.

Now anxiously waiting for the application dept to call. smile.gif

EDIT: The CS called, new application until this Friday only. After that they will be focusing on their Platinum card and no more Titanium card. Bout the Titanium benefits,  she also has no news if its gonna end soon.
*
focusing on their platinium card... hmm.gif

is there any different compare to previous platinium? from previous post, just know the minimum requirement is changed from 60k -> 24k per annum

hope the titanium still maintain the benefits.
