wow, tomorrow morning s4 will be announced,
my phone so fast 2 generation behind.

glad i choose s2. it only gets better and better.
now super satisfied with chameleon rom. ^^

hope some new features of s4 can be ported to s2 as well.
looking forward for a camera app that can snap photosphere and video.
the one from nexus 4 cant record video.

but thinner and narrower right?

so it is a smaller phone, but with a bigger screen.

you're using a samsung rom.
samsung rom got one bug when remove usb on the go by tapping the safely remove at the notification tray, it will have wake lock

you need to go settings>storage>unmount, then only wont have wake lock.

very famous in xda now, have their own thread for apps mods and themes if you want more samsung apps in it.

its a samsung based aokp rom.
complete with rom control and fully working hardware
only camera app is samsung one, others all aosp stock apps (dialer,recent app,messaging,email,browser,toggles, lockscreen,settings,ans call UI etc), completely identical to 4.1.2 aokp

jellybam = PA+cm+aokp
chameleon=touch wiz base + aokp

i feel this is happening as well for s2.
take a look at the amount of roms available, many are identical only,
especially 4.1.2 samsung rom
just bake in some tweaks or remove some bloatware, tada it become a new rom.

I9100 entitled for 4.2.2 update. Unbelievable I thought 4.1.2 is already end of line.

Aosp 4.1 and 4.2 small difference.

But for touch wiz 4.1 and 4.2 sure big difference.
High chance will be same rom as s4, will get the dual camera, and other cool feature
Not bad leh.

Our s2 charger default current is 700mah only.
Most power bank out there use 1000A one. Some even use 2A meant for tablets to Charge phone, maybe that's why spoil faster.

I always use the ori charger whenever possible.

In real life, charging using 2A makes the phone much much warmer.
Heat is not good for the battery.

Never heard of such issue before,

I think the fix line you call duwan to ans your call.
Or the fix line you call forgot to hang up the phone after call, hence can't connect through.

Because Siri is only for iOS device.
The closest thing android have is google now voice search.

By the way, I just got an ipad.
It's a real eye opener, many things I heard about iOS is untrue.
After jailbreak and tweak kao kao, it's even more geng than nexus 7.
Android phone + iOS tablet = best combination ever.

that kosong rom? isnt omega/alliance rom got more feature?

actually all samsung based rom as long dont use custom kernel will be very stable and good battery life.
i use disaster/omega/alliance/neat before, all same only to me.

for quite some time now using chameleon rom.
my favourite rom. aokp looks, but underneath is samsung based rom.
the main reason i stick to this instead of other samsung rom, is the holo theme style, and aokp custom lockscreen, with working hdmi port and wifi direct.

G version? My friend one also like that. Duno y.

Mine non g have 100 apps, but still have 400mb free in the 2gb system partition.
His one just 20+ apps but left 50mb only. So strange. Can't check what app is using that storage.
Since not rooted and can't use storage analyzer.

I think try to clear dalvic cache see got use or not.

Not like cyanogen n others need update so frequent.

Latest updated rom doesn't promise anything new.
Don't be fooled by the last release date.
